Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wake Up Music Group. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🛍️ Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
📦 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include all original tags, labels, and packaging
🚚 Printful Merchandise
Many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled via Printful.
- For returns, exchanges, or defects on Printful merchandise, please contact Printful directly using the instructions in your order confirmation.
- Wake Up Music Group is not responsible for handling Printful’s fulfillment-related returns or sizing issues.
🧢 Wake Up Music Group Fulfilled Items
For merchandise we fulfill ourselves (including limited-run merch, signed items, etc.):
- Returns must be mailed back at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [info@wakeupmusicgroup.com] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the item is not in original condition, a partial refund or rejection may occur.
♻️ Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
